Hi, I'm Hannah, and my life's work is helping people finally become the version of themselves that speaks Spanish
I spent the best part of 9 years studying Spanish and thought I had it nailed. Until I moved to a little town outside of Madrid, called Aranjuez, where I very quickly realised that whilst I had all the gear, I had no idea. I was the plainest, dullest, most uninteresting version of myself, because I didn’t have the Spanish I needed to communicate like a real person.
But I’ve always loved Spanish from my very first lesson in Year 7. So after getting really bloody good at it living abroad, I then spent the next 8+ years teaching Spanish to every age group imaginable.
And across all those years, one thing became VERY obvious - the people who became confident speakers weren’t the people obsessing over grammar worksheets for hours.
That obsession with why some people thrive and others stay stuck led me to complete my Master’s in Education, where I properly studied what actually creates successful language learners (not just people who can pass a test, because we all know textbook Spanish is nothing like real-life Spanish).
So I built Spanish Obsessed. A space where adults stop hiding behind Duolingo streaks and finally start speaking.
Because when Spanish is working for you, it feels like freedom, like confidence, like connection with people all around you, and it is honestly a little bit magical.

WEEK ONE
You’ll build a daily Spanish habit that fits around your real life.. voice notes while driving to work, replying while making dinner, speaking Spanish without needing to “sit down and study.”
IN THE 1ST MONTH
You’ll have confidence speaking imperfectly so you stop waiting to be “fluent enough” before joining conversations, making mistakes, laughing and actually living the language.
IN MONTH TWO
You’ll develop conversation confidence so you can walk into cafés, markets, hotels, restaurants and conversations abroad without immediately panicking about whether they speak English.
BUT IT GETS EVEN BETTER...
IN THE 3RD MONTH
You’ll hone the ability to respond naturally instead of mentally translating every sentence word-for-word before opening your mouth.
